In-House Counsel (Remote)

Overview

A dynamic global digital marketing organization is seeking an In-House Counsel with 3-5 years of legal experience to join their fast-paced and entrepreneurial team. The organization operates across the United States and over 50 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage select legal matters independently
• Collaborate with outside counsel, leadership, and executive teams
• Provide legal support across various corporate areas including litigation, contracts, international business, employment, privacy, and compliance
• Assist with corporate development initiatives to support company growth

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an attorney
• Strong skills in commercial contract review
• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance initiative and workload management
• Prior in-house legal experience is preferred
