Overview
A national law firm is seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Services group, working remotely from Florida. This role involves representing national and international insurance clients in a variety of complex coverage areas, including bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters.
Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse and challenging caseload involving insurance coverage litigation
- Work collaboratively with a team on complex insurance matters
- Take on significant responsibilities from the start
- Engage in professional development through training and mentorship
Requirements
- Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing is required
- Experience defending first-party and third-party litigation matters preferred
- Civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts is preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential
