Overview
The organization is seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Services group. This role allows remote work from Florida.
This position involves representing national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas, including:
- Bad faith
- Professional liability
- Pollution
- Construction defect
- Personal and advertising injury
- Cyber liability
- Excess liability matters
Responsibilities
- Represent insurance clients in complex coverage-related matters
- Handle a diverse and challenging caseload with significant responsibilities from the start
- Participate in a collaborative team environment
- Apply strong research, writing, and analytical skills to support litigation work
Requirements
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar in good standing.
- Experience defending first-party and third-party litigation matters.
- Civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts is preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
