Overview
This role is for an experienced insurance coverage attorney to support a full-service firm located in Boston, MA. The position requires specific insurance coverage experience (not insurance defense experience). The role is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Handle insurance coverage litigation matters
- Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery materials, and deposition materials
- Conduct motion practice
- Provide excellent written and oral advocacy in client matters
Requirements
- 7+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience
- Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Superior written and oral advocacy skills
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in any U.S. state
- J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
- Outstanding references
Preferred Qualifications
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay (full-time basis salary range): $185,000 - $250,000
- Contract engagement pay: Based on multiple factors including (but not limited to) work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference. Pay rate can affect the client bill rate.
