Overview
This organization is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for its New Mexico office. The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience in construction defect, general liability, bodily injury, and other insurance defense matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft motions, conduct depositions, and prepare for oral arguments and hearings
- Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
- Independently handle appearances and assigned matters with minimal supervision
- Handle civil cases through trial
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in New Mexico (additional state licensure is a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (preferred)
- Experience in construction defect, general liability, and bodily injury (required)
