The organization is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft motions and/or conduct depositions
- Perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Work well independently and as part of a legal team, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet clients’ unique needs
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus)
- 3+ years of insurance defense (required)
- Experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters (preferred)
