Overview

A legal services organization is seeking an experienced attorney with extensive expertise in negotiating ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) and ACA (Agency Credit Agreement) agreements. This is a part-time, long-term contract engagement that is fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate ISDA and ACA documents
  • Work directly with counterparties on ISDA and ACA agreements
  • Apply deep understanding of the nuances and processes involved in ISDA and ACA documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience negotiating ISDA and ACA agreements
  • Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate ISDA and ACA documents
  • Experience collaborating directly with counterparties on these agreements
  • Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state and in good standing
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Outstanding professional references

Position Details

  • Role type: Contract engagement
  • Schedule: Part-time, approximately 10-20 hours per week
  • Location: Fully remote

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annualized pay range (full-time equivalent): $200,000 to $250,000
  • Actual pay for contract engagements depends on factors including experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply and demand, and candidate preferences
