Overview
A global leader in the technology sector is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support their corporate legal team. This role involves managing a high-volume corporate legal document initiative across multiple international jurisdictions. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure legal validity, compliance, and efficient record-keeping for critical corporate operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection of signatures for a large volume of corporate legal documents.
- Manage e-signature workflows using leading e-signature platforms and oversee wet-ink execution logistics across various time zones.
- Track signature status and follow up with internal stakeholders and external parties to maintain execution schedules.
- Verify completed signature pages for accuracy, authority, and completeness before filing.
- Collaborate with the corporate compliance and governance team to prepare, execute, and file corporate documents within internal systems.
- Track executed documents to ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain organized, audit-ready file structures for executed documents across all relevant entities and jurisdictions.
- Upload, index, and tag documents within the legal repository or document management system.
- Identify and flag any gaps, missing documents, or execution defects for review.
- Prepare document binders, closing sets, and status trackers as needed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of paralegal, legal operations, or legal administrative experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment.
- Familiarity with e-signature platforms and document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple document streams simultaneously.
- Comfortable working across various jurisdictions and coordinating globally.
- High attention to detail to ensure compliance and legal validity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to corporate transactions, entity management, or closings.
- Experience with legal tracking tools.
