Junior Attorney

Overview

A growing labor and employment law firm is seeking a fully remote Entry-Level Attorney / Associate Attorney on a contract-to-hire basis. This position is open to candidates licensed and residing in California.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services in labor and employment law matters
• Support the firm’s legal team with research, drafting, and case management
• Collaborate remotely with colleagues and clients

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California (CA Bar license required)
• Residence in California
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Willingness to work on a 3-month contract before potential conversion to a permanent role

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate between $40 and $45
