Labor and Employment Attorney
Overview
A legal team is seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney to assist in training AI models. The role involves measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their legal reasoning and logic, and solving problems to improve the quality of each model. Candidates must have expert-level legal reasoning skills and a completed or in-progress law degree.
Expertise from a broad range of legal fields is welcome, including but not limited to corporate law, criminal law, civil litigation, constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, family law, intellectual property law, tax law, labor and employment law, immigration law, real estate law, health law, entertainment law, human rights law, international law, cybersecurity and privacy law, contract law, securities law, bankruptcy law, and alternative dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex legal problems
- Evaluate the correctness and performance of AI model outputs
Qualifications
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
- Law school graduate (completed or in-progress degree)
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay starting at $50-$60 USD
