Labor and Employment Attorney

Overview

A legal professional is sought to assist in training AI models by evaluating and improving AI chatbots' legal reasoning capabilities. This role requires expert-level legal knowledge and involves assessing the logic and quality of AI-generated responses to complex legal problems.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex legal scenarios
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and performance
• Identify and resolve issues to enhance AI model quality

Requirements

• Completed or in-progress law degree
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Expertise in any of the following legal areas is relevant: corporate law, criminal law, civil litigation, constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, family law, intellectual property law, tax law, labor and employment law, immigration law, real estate law, health law, entertainment law, human rights law, international law, cybersecurity and privacy law, contract law, securities law, bankruptcy law, alternative dispute resolution
