Overview
A law firm is seeking a part-time associate attorney to support its labor and employment practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with experience in employment litigation who is looking to grow in this practice area while maintaining a lighter workload. The position offers the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation matters efficiently with minimal supervision
- Manage employment law cases within the labor and employment practice group
- Maintain high levels of organization and productivity in a remote work environment
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment litigation
- Experience practicing in an employment law practice group
- Licensed to practice law and graduated from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
- Outstanding professional references
Position Details
- Role type: Contract engagement
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized pay range: $160,000 to $210,000 (pro-rated for part-time hours)
- Pay is determined by factors including experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market conditions, and candidate preference
