Labor and Employment Attorney

Overview

A legal professional is sought to serve as a Labor and Employment Attorney focused on training AI models. This role involves assessing the progress of AI chatbots, analyzing their legal reasoning and logic, and addressing issues to enhance the quality of each model. Candidates must have completed or be in progress of a law degree and demonstrate expert-level legal reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex legal problems
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and performance

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Law school graduate (completed or in progress)
• Must be located in the United States
