Labor and Employment Attorney

Overview

A legal professional is sought to serve as a Labor and Employment Attorney focused on training AI models. This role involves assessing the progress of AI chatbots, analyzing their legal reasoning, and troubleshooting to enhance model quality. Candidates must have completed or be pursuing a law degree and demonstrate expert-level legal reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex legal problems
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and performance

Requirements

• Law school graduate with at least 5 years of legal experience
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Expertise in labor and employment law is required, though backgrounds in other legal fields such as corporate, criminal, civil litigation, constitutional, administrative, environmental, family, intellectual property, tax, immigration, real estate, health, entertainment, human rights, international, cybersecurity and privacy, contract, securities, bankruptcy, or alternative dispute resolution law are also considered
