Overview

This role is for experienced lateral partners seeking to join a national law firm with a collaborative, multi-practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Support client service with increased autonomy over how legal services are delivered
• Contribute to and grow a portable book of business (full or partial)
• Participate in a collaborative team environment across multiple practice areas

Requirements

• Experienced lateral partner-level attorney
• Full or partial portable book of business
• Interest in autonomy over one’s practice and client service model
• Interest in leveraging national firm reach and collaborative team support

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in performance and growth within a structured compensation framework
• Experience working across jurisdictions (or a clear interest in doing so)
