    • Selecting which cases to take on
    • Setting case strategy
    • Representing clients from intake through resolution

  • Partner with internal teams to improve practice operations and client experience, including:
    • Collaborating with marketing on client-facing brand differentiation and messaging
    • Working with product on after-hours phone support standards and protocols, including handling high-value cases

Requirements

  • Experience representing clients through every stage of a case, including taking matters to trial.
  • Strong understanding of the legal operations “nuts and bolts” at a plaintiff’s firm, including where standard playbooks fall short and how you would improve operations starting from a blank page.

  • Ability to thrive in a scrappy startup environment and learn quickly while taking hands-on ownership.
  • Demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience closely connected to marketing operations at a plaintiff’s firm, including understanding marketing and intake economics.
  • Existing relationships or referral channels that could generate cases.
  • Experience starting a legal practice or working in a startup/fast-paced, agile environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Anticipated base salary band: $170,000–$230,000, plus equity and benefits.
  • The salary offered will be determined based on candidate experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity.

Benefits include:

  • Medical and dental insurance with 100% of employees and their families premiums covered
