Overview
A leading legal services provider is seeking a Financial Services Lawyer to support top-tier financial institutions. This role involves providing commercial legal and advisory support on a variety of financial products.
Responsibilities
- Provide commercial legal and advisory support on various financial products.
- Review, vet, and draft a range of legal documents including treasury documents, loan agreements, product terms and conditions, and security documents to ensure compliance with local and international legal standards.
- Liaise, coordinate, and collaborate with front and back office functions, internal control groups, and external counsel.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in private practice or the in-house banking sector.
- Qualified to practice law in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to new and evolving business needs.
