Overview
A legal consulting opportunity is available for a Japanese-speaking Legal Consultant specializing in Commercial Contracts to support Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote legal support focused on the Japanese market.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements including creative, advertising, digital marketing, procurement, technology, and partnership contracts.
- Develop, implement, and advise on commercial marketplace contracts, Terms and Conditions of Sale, distribution agreements, and related policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with at least 4 years of legal experience, particularly in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. More experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior work experience in Japan is advantageous.
- Legal qualification in Japan preferred but candidates from all jurisdictions are welcome.
- Proficient in drafting and writing in both Japanese and English.
