Overview
A legal consultancy is seeking PRC Legal Consultants with technology law experience. The role involves providing legal support to Fortune 500 clients, focusing on corporate and commercial contracts, particularly in the SaaS and cloud sectors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with legal and business teams of Fortune 500 clients to deliver commercially tailored legal advice
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and SaaS contracts across various business lines
- Maintain and update documentation to reflect the latest regulatory requirements
- Advise internal and external stakeholders, offering guidance and practical solutions for corporate policies as needed
Requirements
- PRC qualification
- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience advising on a broad spectrum of general corporate and commercial contracts, gained either in private practice or in-house
- Excellent Mandarin language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong Chinese language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, or related technology sectors is highly advantageous
