Overview
A global banking client is seeking a Legal Consultant with experience in Structured Products and Global Markets. This role offers a collaborative and supportive environment to provide legal expertise in the structured product business.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support related to structured product business activities.
- Draft and review agreements and legal documents.
- Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with external counsel and international affiliates on legal matters and ad hoc projects.
- Assist with legal and regulatory queries concerning market transactions.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience (PQE) in Structured Products, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Global Markets, or Derivatives.
- Experience gained from law firms or financial institutions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
