Overview
A global financial services client is seeking a Junior Legal Consultant with experience in Technology, Commercial Contracts, Banking, and Regulatory matters to join their team and provide legal support.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support across the client’s business operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Support product development and marketing initiatives from a legal perspective
- Assist with regulatory matters
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed
Requirements
- Legal qualification with 2-3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in Banking, Corporate, M&A, Technology, or Regulatory law
- Experience gained at reputable law firms or financial institutions
- Open to candidates from both law firm and in-house backgrounds
- Strong drafting skills are essential
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
