Overview

A legal consultancy is seeking Legal Consultants with technology experience. Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) advising on a broad range of technology-related legal matters, including e-commerce, Cloud, FinTech, and other technology products and services. Experience may be gained either within private practice or in-house. Exposure to data privacy regulations is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with legal and business teams of Fortune 500 clients to support internal stakeholders in achieving company objectives.
Provide practical legal advice and support on commercial matters within a dynamic environment.
Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on various transactions such as inbound/outbound licensing agreements, software development contracts, services and consulting agreements, IT and business process outsourcing agreements, and SaaS agreements.
Advise on legal issues related to the development, implementation, and use of technology products connected to the organization’s products and services.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years PQE advising on technology-related legal matters.
Experience in e-commerce, Cloud, FinTech, or other technology products and services.
Experience gained in private practice or in-house legal teams.
Exposure to data privacy regulations is a plus but not mandatory.
