Overview
A leading provider of on-demand legal talent is seeking experienced legal professionals to provide commercial legal support and advice. This role involves working at the intersection of innovation and complex legal matters, supporting internal stakeholders across various business functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and supplier contracts.
- Support regulatory and marketing compliance efforts.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house legal environment.
- Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts.
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
- Strong issue spotting and contract planning skills.
- Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice law in Australia.
