Overview

This role involves serving as a Customer Success Manager / Legal Operations Specialist for a corporate governance platform designed to help multinational companies manage entity and board governance across over 100 jurisdictions. The position focuses on working closely with enterprise and financial institution clients, including asset managers and private equity firms, to facilitate adoption and maximize the value of the governance solution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients on corporate law and governance workflows.
  • Interpret and extract legally relevant data from complex corporate documents and accurately map it into the governance platform.
  • Provide legally informed guidance to build client trust and support long-term partnerships.
  • Lead onboarding projects for new enterprise clients, ensuring structured, efficient, and timely implementation.
  • Design onboarding plans, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver training to accelerate product adoption.
  • Identify governance requirements and ensure solution configuration aligns with each client’s corporate structure.
  • Support clients throughout their lifecycle with proactive check-ins, responsive communication, and issue resolution.
  • Drive product usage, deepen engagement, and promote best practices to maximize client value.
  • Organize webinars, workshops, and training sessions to educate client teams and strengthen retention.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with Sales to expand usage or introduce additional services.
  • Maintain accurate client data, track success metrics (OKRs, KPIs), and contribute strategic insights to Customer Success leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to communicate client needs and suggest platform enhancements.
  • Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure unified, high-quality client outcomes.
  • Identify processes suitable for automation and help implement workflow improvements across CRM and internal systems.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Licensed attorney in one or more U.S. jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, entity management, governance documents, and regulatory frameworks.
  • 1 to 2 years of client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment such as BigLaw, Big Four, financial institutions, or a related field.

Desired

  • Ability to interpret complex corporate structures and translate them into scalable workflows within the platform.
  • Experience working directly with clients; LegalTech or SaaS experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboardings and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly and deliver actionable guidance.
  • Creative and analytical mindset comfortable using metrics, data, and structured processes to drive success.
  • Technical aptitude, familiarity with automation tools, and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • The pay range for this role is $110,000 to $135,000 USD per year (remote).
