Responsibilities

  • Engage with corporate legal departments to understand workflows, operational priorities, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop tailored AI and workflow solutions that enhance processes, improve outcomes, and increase productivity and ROI.
  • Lead demonstrations, training sessions, executive briefings, and workshops to promote adoption and utilization of AI solutions.
  • Advise legal leaders on AI adoption, governance, legal operations modernization, and workflow transformation.
  • Identify opportunities to expand AI solution usage within existing clients and prospective customers in collaboration with Client Managers and Strategic Business Development teams.
  • Collect and relay client feedback on solutions, including enhancement opportunities and emerging market needs, to product and development teams.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • In-house counsel experience within a Fortune 1000 or similarly complex enterprise organization.
    • Legal transformation, legal operations, legal technology, or enterprise consulting supporting Fortune 500/1000 legal departments.
    • Attorney experience within a leading Alternative Legal Services Provider (ALSP), advising Fortune 1000 or similarly complex corporate legal departments and their leadership.
  • Strong understanding of corporate legal department operations, priorities, stakeholder engagement, and business partner relationships.
  • Proficiency with AI, including hands-on experience using generative AI tools and practical knowledge of legal AI use cases within corporate legal departments.
  • Ability to lead discussions on AI opportunities, limitations, governance, and adoption challenges with legal professionals and business stakeholders.
  • Experience engaging with General Counsel, Chief Legal Officers, Legal Operations leaders, and other senior legal and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and consultative problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time to support business and client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior in-house counsel experience within a Fortune 1000 or similarly complex enterprise organization.
  • Experience leading legal transformation, legal operations modernization, AI adoption, process optimization, or legal technology implementation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with legal operations, workflow automation, contract lifecycle management (CLM), legal knowledge management, or enterprise legal technology platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale change management and technology adoption programs.
