Overview
A legal executive role is available focusing on preparation of Legal Scrutiny Reports and providing legal opinions to assist clients in simplifying their property due diligence process.
The organization operates an end-to-end decision support platform for land and property, serving banks, housing finance companies, real estate and infrastructure developers, retail investors, and transacting parties. Their analytical tools utilize data from land records, property registrations, tax filings, court mandates, land-use regulations, master plans, cadastral surveys, infrastructure plans, municipal by-laws, building codes, and planning requirements to provide reliable property information.
Responsibilities
- Verify and draft Title Due Diligence Reports and provide legal opinions for properties in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
- Manage assigned cases effectively and report escalations in a timely manner
- Coordinate with external counsels and clients
- Conduct research on land laws of different states
- Coordinate with vendors to secure documents and reports
- Draft and vet contracts and other legal documents
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to handle confidential documents
- Good understanding of real estate laws; knowledge of RERA is an advantage
- Attention to detail
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in drafting title due diligence reports
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Telugu language; ability to read Telugu is mandatory
- Prior experience in real estate law and knowledge of basic property documentation is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly remuneration between ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 (subject to 10% TDS deduction)
