Overview
This role supports the development of advanced AI systems trained on high-quality legal reasoning data. Employment and Labor Attorneys are needed to help create realistic workplace law scenarios, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and provide detailed written feedback to improve model performance.
Responsibilities
- Create realistic workplace law scenarios covering topics such as:
- EEOC charges
- Wage and hour analysis
- Severance and non-compete drafting
- Workplace investigations
- Labor disputes
- Employment policy review
- Draft attorney-level reference responses.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured legal rubrics.
- Provide detailed written feedback aimed at improving model performance.
Requirements
- Experience as an employment and labor law attorney.
- Strong legal writing skills and attention to detail.
- Practical experience handling workplace law matters, including (as applicable):
- Harassment investigations
- Collective bargaining
- NLRB proceedings
- Employee handbook drafting
- Wage and hour compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from any of the following settings is encouraged:
- Law firms
- In-house legal teams
- Labor unions
- Government agencies
- Plaintiff-side, defense-side, or regulatory experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- $85–$120 per hour.
- Hourly contract.
