Overview
This role involves reviewing real estate legal-benchmark tasks for Project Rachel.
Work includes adjudicating public commentary raised against task prompts and grading rubrics, followed by completing structural QC across the prompt, the rubric, and the attached source documents.
Responsibilities
- Review and adjudicate public commentary raised against task prompts and grading rubrics for real estate practice area tasks.
- Perform structural quality control (QC) across:
- the task prompt
- the grading rubric
- the attached source documents
- Evaluate typical real estate document sets, including:
- purchase and sale agreements
- lease schedules
- title and survey review materials
- closing deliverables
- Handle each task with approximately 10–100 source documents.
- Use a private listing shortlist process (candidates are added by the project team).
Requirements
- Experience or familiarity with reviewing real estate legal documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease schedules, title and survey review, and closing deliverables.
- Ability to apply grading rubrics and prompts consistently while adjudicating public commentary.
- Attention to detail for structural QC across prompts, rubrics, and attached source materials.
