Overview
A leading AI lab is seeking Legal Experts to assist in training advanced AI models using high-quality legal reasoning data. This role involves evaluating AI-generated outputs related to employment disputes, workplace investigations, and labor matters to ensure accuracy and alignment with real-world legal reasoning.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate two AI-generated responses to the same prompt for correctness, accuracy, and client-readiness.
- Provide detailed written feedback to the research team to improve AI model behavior.
- Participate in onboarding sessions and specialty calibration meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in employment or labor law, gained at a law firm, in-house legal department, government agency, or labor union.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B./LL.M. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S. (active or inactive license accepted).
- Strong skills in legal research, legal writing, case law analysis, and drafting legal memoranda.
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate between $100 and $150.
- Flexible workload of 6 to 15 hours per week.
- Immediate start; applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
