Overview
The organization is seeking a full-time Legal Operations Administrator to join a small, growing legal and compliance team. This role supports legal operations, corporate records and entity management, and administrative workflows across multiple jurisdictions.
You will initially report to Senior Corporate Counsel and collaborate closely with the broader legal and compliance team, as well as Finance, People, Product, and other business stakeholders.
This is an adaptive role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using technology (including AI tools), and able to manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities
Legal Operations & Process Management
- Design and administer intake processes for legal and compliance requests (e.g., contract reviews, marketing reviews, customer inquiries, regulatory/law enforcement requests).
- Partner with the AI and Data team to design, build, and iterate on AI-enabled systems, workflows, and automations that support the legal and compliance team.
- Maintain the legal and compliance team’s data, records, and knowledge sources that AI systems rely on.
- Support legal and compliance team workflows, including matter tracking, resource planning, and calendar coordination.
- Manage invoicing, record-keeping, and other administrative processes for the legal and compliance team.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance Support
- Support legal reviews of basic commercial agreements such as NDAs, simple leases, and insurance policies.
- Support regulatory licensing applications and regulator inquiries across multiple jurisdictions, including gathering relevant documents, coordinating responses, and tracking progress.
- Support due diligence requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Corporate Records & Entity Management
- Manage corporate records, registrations, and filings for multiple entities in the Cayman Islands, US, Spain, UK, Canada and other jurisdictions as the organization expands.
- Maintain minute books, corporate resolutions, director and officer records, and corporate organizational charts for multiple entities.
- Coordinate with external corporate service providers, local counsels, and internal stakeholders to ensure filings, responses to external requests, and deadlines are addressed timely.
- Administer the company’s equity incentive plan management system (Carta).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a law clerk, legal administrative, legal operations, law firm coordinator, or related role.
- Demonstrated aptitude for AI systems and processes; willingness to build, test, and improve them alongside technical colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to build processes that improve efficiency.
- Experience working with entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting due diligence, maintaining minute books, and performing legal and regulatory compliance filings.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tools or legal operation systems.
- Excellent technology skills and comfort learning new tools, including AI; interest in using AI to accelerate learning, enhance decision-making, improve work product quality, and support smarter ways of working.
- Resourceful approach with ability to drive challenging projects from start to finish.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks to meet deadlines, and take initiative.
- Passion for collaboration and driving change.
- Must be willing to undergo applicable background and employment verification checks, in compliance with local laws and regulations, if selected.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, fintech, crypto).
- Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, verbal communication) is an asset.
- Exposure to regulatory, operational, or compliance considerations in financial services.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $65,000–$95,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, internal equity and location.
