Overview
A legal researcher is needed to assist in training AI models by measuring their progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to improve model quality. This role requires expert-level legal reasoning and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
Expertise is sought across a broad range of legal fields, including but not limited to corporate law, criminal law, civil litigation, constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, family law, intellectual property law, tax law, labor and employment law, immigration law, real estate law, health law, entertainment law, human rights law, international law, cybersecurity and privacy law, contract law, securities law, bankruptcy law, and alternative dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex legal problems
- Evaluate AI model outputs for correctness and performance
Qualifications
- Currently serving as General Counsel of a company or possessing equivalent experience and expertise
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay starting at $50-$60 USD, with bonus rates available on some projects
- Flexible scheduling and project selection
