Overview
The organization is seeking a Legal Solutions Attorney to help in-house legal customers apply AI in their everyday practice. This role supports customers and internal go-to-market teams through training and enablement content, hands-on workflow problem solving, and subject matter expertise alongside sales.
Responsibilities
AI Workflow Development
- Create prompts, playbooks, agents, and automations to address common workflow needs across contracting, counseling, and governance.
- Develop sample workflows and documents, from intake to review through final agreement, that demonstrate platform capabilities.
- Curate a library of high-impact prompts, playbooks, and automations that show practical, day-to-day value to prospects and customers.
Customer Partnership
- Partner with in-house legal teams to understand workflows in depth, including contract review and management, negotiation, counseling, and compliance, and design practical AI solutions.
- Work with customer success to support customers post-launch and help them get more value as their needs evolve.
Training and Adoption
- Lead workshops and training sessions for customers and internal go-to-market teams to build confidence and drive adoption of AI in daily legal work.
- Represent the organization with in-house legal teams using real expertise and empathy so teams view the organization as a partner.
Sharing Insights with Product and Engineering
- Feed customer feedback directly to Product and Engineering so solutions align with what legal teams need.
- Provide input on product planning and priorities, particularly as new AI tools, agents, and automations are rolled out.
Using the Platform Internally
- Participate in day-to-day use of the platform as part of the organization’s own legal team learning process.
- Translate internal learnings into improved guidance for prospects and customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience practicing law, including at least 1 year in-house, in legal ops, or in legal solutions supporting in-house teams.
- Genuine interest in AI, including hands-on use for legal work, implementation on your own team, and a desire to keep learning.
- Proven ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply knowledge creatively.
- Hands-on experience with legal tech tools (e.g., CLM, automation, or other legal software).
- Excellent client-facing skills: empathetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain and present complex ideas clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing or teaching training programs, workshops, or courses.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation.
- Background in legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal tech adoption.
- Strong community-building instincts, with an interest in connecting people and sharing knowledge.

Pay Range: 110,000 - 140,000 USD per year (Remote)
