Overview
This role involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of e-Discovery projects from start to finish, while also selling e-Discovery and litigation support services and earning commissions. It is a full-time, remote position suited for a senior-level project manager ready to increase earnings by leveraging operational expertise into consultative sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end e-Discovery projects, including budget and resource control, scheduling, and progress reporting across departments
- Ensure consistency, transparency, and optimization of team processes, including milestone reviews and meeting management
- Define, measure, and report key performance indicators and project objectives
- Perform risk management by assessing critical paths, identifying potential bottlenecks or delays, and challenging assumptions
- Manage technical specifications for new customer products and provide enhancements for existing platforms
- Assist e-Discovery sales executives by attending client meetings and phone conferences
- Utilize existing network to bring in e-Discovery project work early in employment
Requirements
- Strong, senior-level experience with the Relativity platform
- Established relationships with past and present clients who can bring in e-Discovery work
- Ability and desire to generate new business; sales training and resources will be provided
- Diploma or GED required
- Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $125,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience and interview performance
- Uncapped commissions on monthly revenue exceeding $25,000, with commission rates as follows:
- eDiscovery Processing and Hosting: 6%
- Forensic Collections: up to 10%
- Court Reporting (excluding shipping): 5%
- Managed Review: 1% to 6%
- Nearline Hosting: 1%
- Project Management Time Billed: 1%
- Miscellaneous Billing: 2.5%
