Overview
A nationally recognized law firm with nearly 250 attorneys across California, Oregon, and Washington, D.C., is seeking an associate attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience. The firm specializes in complex legal issues involving public agencies, businesses, and individuals.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters independently
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft dispositive motions
- Work on writs of mandate, municipal civil litigation, and land use litigation (highly preferred)
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Admission to practice law in California
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing skills
- Significant experience with depositions and dispositive motions
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $137,500 - $200,000, depending on years of practice and experience
Location
- Position may be based in any California office
