Responsibilities
- Handle primarily litigation-focused labor and employment law cases representing both plaintiff and defense clients.
- Provide advice and counsel on employment matters.
- Advise employers on high-stakes employee issues.
- Draft incentive compensation and other employment agreements.
- Assist startups and small businesses with HR infrastructure development.
- Counsel C-suite executives on offer packages, departure strategies, and severance negotiations.
Requirements
- Must be based in California.
- Admission to the California Bar is required.
Work Environment
- Most attorneys work fully remotely.
- The firm has a 1,200 hour billable target.
