Overview

An organization is seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to support Fortune 500 and leading clients across various industries including healthcare, technology, financial services, and consumer products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial, consumer, and complex litigation, from initial case assessment through resolution.
  • Develop litigation strategy and evaluate legal and business risks.
  • Conduct legal research and draft, review, and revise litigation materials such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other case-related documents.
  • Manage and collaborate with outside counsel on active litigation, overseeing case strategy, discovery, budgets, key deadlines, settlement considerations, and overall matter performance.
  • Partner with internal legal and business stakeholders to investigate claims and disputes, assess potential exposure, advise on litigation strategy, and develop practical approaches to resolving disputes and mitigating risk.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including commercial, consumer, and/or complex litigation, gained in-house, at a law firm, or through a combination of both.
  • Experience managing litigation matters and/or performing hands-on litigation work, including legal research, drafting, discovery, case strategy, and coordination with outside counsel is preferred.
  • Strong judgment, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate effectively with legal and business stakeholders.
  • Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated total compensation for full-time attorney roles ranges from $104,500 to $325,000 per year.
  • Compensation decisions are based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.

Location

  • The role supports clients across North America and potentially other regions.
