Overview
This role supports a collaborative legal team at a growing law firm with practice areas including family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, business representation, civil litigation, landlord/tenant matters, criminal defense, and immigration.
The position is based in Iowa City, IA with remote work capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Practice family law and civil litigation
- Manage legal matters from intake through resolution
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to deliver legal services
- Meet reasonable hours and billing requirements
Requirements
- Newly licensed attorney or an attorney with up to 10 years of experience
- Iowa licensure
- Residence in or near Iowa
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience practicing family law and civil litigation
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, based on experience and production
- Performance-based bonuses
