Overview
A rapidly growing law firm is seeking an attorney to practice family law and civil litigation in the Milwaukee and Madison regions. The firm handles various areas of law including family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, business representation, civil litigation, landlord/tenant matters, criminal defense, and immigration, with a primary focus on family law and litigation.
Responsibilities
- Practice family law and civil litigation
- Participate in court appearances as required (role is otherwise fully remote)
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals
- Receive mentorship and guidance if newly licensed or less experienced
Requirements
- Licensed attorney eligible to practice in Wisconsin
- Experience level: open to a wide range, including newly licensed attorneys
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $150,000 based on experience and production
- Employer covers 50% of health insurance premiums
- 3% employer contribution to 401(k) after the first year
