This is a full-time, one-year Litigation Fellowship position within the Property Rights practice area, starting September 1, 2027. The fellowship is designed for recent law school graduates passionate about individual liberty and constitutional property law. Fellows will assist the Property Rights team in ongoing cases, develop public interest cases, and receive hands-on training in legal research, writing, and the principles guiding public interest law.
The organization has offices in Arlington, VA; Sacramento, CA; and Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with approximately half the staff working remotely nationwide. Litigation Fellows will gain the richest experience by spending several days per week in the Arlington, VA office, though remote participation is also available.
