Overview
An organization is seeking an experienced Managing Attorney to lead and expand a high-performing lemon law and consumer litigation team. This fully remote leadership role requires strong litigation expertise, operational oversight skills, and a commitment to mentoring legal professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage attorneys and legal staff
- Oversee lemon law cases from intake through resolution
- Conduct negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation
- Manage complex and high-volume caseloads
- Drive team performance, workflow efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar license
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in lemon law and/or consumer litigation
- Prior leadership or management experience in a law firm setting
- Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling legal teams or managing multi-state operations
- Familiarity with case management software
