Overview

A law firm is seeking a Managing Attorney to lead its high-volume foreclosure practice. This role involves client interaction and managing a substantial workload. A license to practice law in Wisconsin is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments.
  • Supervise paralegals and support staff, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to firm policies and procedures.
  • Monitor case progress and develop strategies to effectively resolve files.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in creditors’ rights, including real estate, foreclosure, and litigation.
  • Detailed knowledge of creditors’ rights legal representation.
  • Working knowledge of civil procedure rules as they apply to foreclosure matters.
  • Familiarity with Federal and State consumer protection statutes.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in the Wisconsin Bar.
