Overview

The organization has openings for Medical Malpractice Attorneys with experience practicing in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey. Experience levels are considered from partnership through up to 3 years of experience. Flexible work options may be available, including remote and hybrid opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience specializing in medical malpractice/healthcare litigation matters. Strong candidates are driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, strong academic backgrounds, proven research abilities, and the ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Licensed and admitted to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters, and other legal documents.
  • Review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege.
  • Prepare for, attend, and summarize depositions.
  • Coordinate with witnesses.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and other counsel.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP, and other applicable codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate and communicate with parties outside the organization, including clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers, and other staff.

Qualifications

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with strong command of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience specializing in medical malpractice/healthcare litigation matters.

Compensation & Benefits

The organization offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses.

Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.

Base salary ranges (by level) currently include:

  • Associates (approximately 1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation is tailored to the individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.

Location

Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey practice experience is required. Flexible work options may include remote and hybrid arrangements.
