Overview
A mid-sized law firm recognized for excellence and innovation is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney to join their litigation team. This role involves managing a caseload of litigation matters including commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims. The position offers an opportunity to supervise junior associates and contribute to their professional development.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases independently from inception to resolution
- Develop and implement case strategies
- Manage discovery processes
- Take and defend depositions
- Coordinate with expert witnesses
- Handle law and motion practice
- Interface with clients and opposing counsel
- Prepare for trial and attend mediations
- Supervise and assist in training junior associates and law clerks (preferred)
Requirements
- 3 to 6+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
- Experience with general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, and/or business disputes
- Ability to handle cases independently, including trial preparation (trial experience is a plus)
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for achieving successful outcomes
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Current admission to the State Bar of Nevada

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $140,000 - $165,000 (actual salary based on experience)
