Overview
A nationwide law firm is seeking a Nevada licensed attorney with a minimum of five years of litigation experience to support commercial litigation, general litigation, and/or personal injury matters. This opportunity offers flexibility with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements. The position may be permanent or contract-based and can be structured as either part-time or full-time depending on the candidate's preferences.
Responsibilities
- Manage general case workup activities including written discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation in civil litigation matters
- Collaborate independently and as part of a team to handle litigation tasks
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada
- At least 5 years of legal experience in litigation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding professional references

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 (full-time equivalent), based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
- W2 employment status
