New Jersey Debt Resolution Attorney (Remote)

Overview

A national debt relief law firm is seeking a full-time, remote attorney licensed in New Jersey to manage debt resolution cases and provide client consultations. The firm specializes in cost-effective legal representation for consumers and is experiencing rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage debt resolution files
• Conduct a high volume of telephone consultations with clients
• Oversee settlements and review case files
• Review and approve legal documents prepared by paralegals
• Provide legal assistance as needed
• Ensure clients understand the debt resolution process through clear communication

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey state bar
• Comfortable with extensive client interaction and telephone communication
• Proficient with computers and basic software

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in consumer debt defense, collections, debtor/creditor law, or bankruptcy

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary from $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience
