The firm handles insurance coverage and bad faith, fraud and special investigations, premises and construction liability, products and auto liability, commercial transportation, employment law, municipal, and civil rights matters. The team represents insurers and insured clients across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
Responsibilities
- Handle New York no-fault insurance defense cases
- Manage civil litigation and third-party defense auto cases
- Conduct arbitrations and examinations under oath
- Work within civil court procedures related to insurance defense
- Collaborate in a hybrid remote work environment based in NYC
Requirements
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Recent experience with New York no-fault insurance defense
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Familiarity with New York insurance laws
- Experience in civil litigation and arbitration processes
- Ability to handle examinations under oath
