Paralegal

Overview

A legal-focused role is available for a Paralegal to assist in training AI models by evaluating their reasoning and problem-solving capabilities. This position requires expert-level legal knowledge, supported by a completed or in-progress law degree.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex legal problems
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI-generated outputs
• Measure progress and identify areas for improvement in AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Law school graduate (completed or in-progress degree)
• Expertise in any of the following legal fields is relevant: corporate law, criminal law, civil litigation, constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, family law, intellectual property law, tax law, labor and employment law, immigration law, real estate law, health law, entertainment law, human rights law, international law, cybersecurity and privacy law, contract law, securities law, bankruptcy law, alternative dispute resolution

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay starting at $50-$60 USD
