Paralegal

Overview

A legal-focused role is available for a Paralegal to assist in training AI models by evaluating their reasoning and problem-solving capabilities. This position requires expert legal knowledge and involves assessing AI chatbot outputs to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex legal problems
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and performance

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• At least 5 years of legal experience
• Law school graduate or currently enrolled in a law degree program

Relevant legal expertise may include, but is not limited to, corporate law, criminal law, civil litigation, constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, family law, intellectual property law, tax law, labor and employment law, immigration law, real estate law, health law, entertainment law, human rights law, international law, cybersecurity and privacy law, contract law, securities law, bankruptcy law, and alternative dispute resolution.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay starting at $50-$60 USD
