Paralegal – Civil Defense Litigation ( WFH Policy )

Overview

This role manages civil litigation cases from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include partnering with attorneys and using litigation technology and court filing systems.

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Work closely with attorneys.
• Utilize litigation technology and court filing systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with civil litigation cases.
• Proficiency with CM/ECF filing (Federal and State).
• Experience with billing and ABA task codes.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience with a litigation document management system.
• Communication and writing skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Type: Annual Salary
• Salary Min: $50,000 USD
• Salary Max: $75,000 USD
