Paralegal - Legal Operations (Remote)

Overview

An established global digital marketing organization is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its expanding in-house legal team. The role requires a self-motivated professional with 5–7 years of paralegal experience, ideally with a background in commercial contract workflows and corporate legal support. Paralegal certification or completion of an ABA-approved program is required.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and track commercial contracts throughout their full lifecycle, including intake, redline coordination, execution, and storage
• Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and summaries for internal stakeholders and outside counsel
• Assist with due diligence, research, and documentation related to corporate transactions and compliance initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations to facilitate contract approval processes
• Support employment, privacy, and regulatory compliance matters as directed by legal counsel

Requirements

• 5–7 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a legal department or law firm supporting commercial or corporate practice
• Paralegal certification or completion of an ABA-approved program
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently across multiple time zones and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
